RENEW PI, Ashu Sabharwal, delivered a plenary talk at the 25th National Conference on Communications (NCC) held in Bangalore India. NCC is widely acknowledged to be a premier conference in India covering the field of signal processing, communications, and networks. It is run by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and IISc.
